What happen’s at a typical appointment?

The typical sequence of an appointment is assessment, treatment & rehabilitation. During your assessment, we aim to be clear about what we believe your problem to be, and how we can help you resolve it. Treatment & rehabilitation can involve education, hands on techniques and exercise based rehabilitation to give you confidence and reassurance that you can get back doing the activities you love.

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. If you have a lower limb issue, if possible wear/bring shorts. For upper limb/neck issues a sports top or vest would be great.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card and cash payments in clinic.

How much does it cost?

Physiotherapy

  • Initial Consultation’s - £69

  • Follow Up appointments range from £50-£65 depending on selected package of care

Massage

  • 45 minute Sports/Deep Tissue/Swedish Massage - £60

  • Discounted rates available for block bookings

Where are we located?

Aristos Physiotherapy is based in Aristos Fitness. Our address is Unit 5, Standalane Industrial Estate, Stewarton, KA3 5BG. On arrival in the car park, walk down the left hand side of the Replicade building to find our entrance.

Do I need to bring anything?

If you have any scans, clinic letters etc, please email to info@aristosphysiotherapy.co.uk prior to you appointment.

Are you covered by my health insurance?

We currently accept Axa, Aviva, Vitality, BUPA and Cigna insurance policies at our clinic. We also accept cash pay health plans.

Is there parking?

Parking is available in the main gated car park on arrival.

Do you have stairs?

No we are based at ground level.
